We have completely striped the forms out and we have also graded down the necessary 18 inches that you need from the floor joist to the dirt for crawl space access. Everything is set for subfloor, which will be installed next. We have broken the stucco out so that way we can attach the ledger onto the existing house, that’s what is going to be holding the floor joist in place. We have also broken the side of the wall, that way we can tie into it.
