- Precision Construction Co. working on a room addition in sunny Los Angeles, California. We have just past our footing inspection. The footings are ready to poor concrete. All the anchor bolts are in place, every four feet. The plan calls for two rebar at the top and an addition two at the bottom which you cannot see. There are two sets of pads to hold two girders. There is an access, which we created from the existing house into the new rises foundation. Otherwise we would have had to create access on the side which would have impede pretty heavily on the setback, we only have five feet to the block wall next to the new addition. Everything is now ready for concrete to be poured.
